Sri Satyaveera Theertharu

Sri Satyaveera Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Satyaparakrama Theertha. He comes in the lineage of Uttaradhi mutt.

Sri Satyaveera Theertha was earlier called as Korlahalli Bodharayacharya in his Poorvashrama and belongs to Korlahalli Family. Three Pontiffs who came from Korlahalli family who adorned the seat of Uttaradi Mutt are; Sri Satyaveera Theertha, Sri Satyadheera Theertha, and Sri Satyadhyana Theertha.

Sri Satyaveera Theertha published a book called “Tapta-Chakra-Bhushana” which tells about the importance of taptamudradharana. He also wrote some works, they are;

Commentary on Tatvaprakashika

Commentary on Tapta-chakra-Bhushana

Matigar Garvanirmapana – (a work on rebuttal to widow re-marriage)

 

He gave Ashrama to Jayaramacharya and named him as Sri Satyadheera Theertha and entered Vrundavana at Korlahalli.
